Our story
From three friends’ side hustle to 12,000+ businesses.
- 2022
The frustration.
Three of us were running side businesses — a café, a small e-commerce shop, and a tour booking service. We were paying for Shopify, Line OA, Google Sheets, a POS system, a delivery app, and a CRM. Nothing talked to anything else.
- 2023
The prototype.
We built the first version of Bubbll for our own café in Bangkok. One inbox, one dashboard, one customer database. By the end of the year, three friends' businesses were running on it too.
- 2024
The bet.
Quit our jobs. Raised a seed round from investors who got it. Hired the first 12 — engineers, designers, and operators who'd actually run small businesses. Launched in beta with 200 merchants.
- 2025
Across Thailand.
Crossed 10,000 businesses. Added live shopping, hotel bookings, salon scheduling. The product reshapes itself per industry — same login, different superpowers.
